Bart has extensive experience as an insolvency lawyer. He advises entrepreneurs on matters relating to restructuring or bankruptcy. Additionally, he assists both banks and entrepreneurs in settling claims and securities, and deals with disputes of every kind within the company (corporate litigation). He also regularly updates managing directors and supervisory board members on liability issues. As a specialist in insolvency law, Bart is regularly appointed as a receiver to wind up a company following bankruptcy.
