Arnoud van Campen has been practising law since 1997, and arrived at Van Iersel Luchtman Advocaten in 2007 after a career first at predecessor of DLA Piper and then at CMS Derks Star Busmann.

Arnoud primarily focuses on financial law and the law of professional liability. In financial law, he has specific knowledge of applicable governance legislation and the regulations on setting up and administering investment funds and securities portfolios. Arnoud also has extensive experience with disputes on investment advisor liability.

In the field of professional liability, his main area of expertise is the position of the accountant in general and, more specifically, the applicable professional codes of conduct to which accountants are subject. Apart from this, Arnoud litigates regularly on disputes between shareholders and executives, and he has extensive experience with acquisitions.

Arnoud is a member of the Vereniging voor Effectenrecht (Securities Law Association) and the Vereniging Corporate Litigation (Corporate Litigation Association), and co-founder/secretary of the Accounting Law Association.

Arnoud is a frequent contributor to the Netherlands' leading financial daily newspaper. Het Financieele Dagblad, writing on subjects in financial law.
