Corporate social responsibility
One of our core values is 'connectedness': we feel connected with each other, with our clients, but also with initiatives and organisations that are socially involved. Therefore, every year we set aside a working day dedicated to CSR on which everyone can selflessly do something for someone else. The VIL CSR day. On this day of their own choosing, colleagues may volunteer (together or alone) at an organisation where their interests and talents match.
Cultural heritage
We protect our cultural heritage by supporting the Sint Jan in 's-Hertogenbosch and the Grote Kerk in Breda. These monumental and iconic buildings not only adorn our cities.

From now on, also a branch at Pivot Park
Van Iersel Luchtman Advocaten has also been based at the Pivot Park pharmaceutical campus in Oss since this year. With this, we would like to settle (again) closer to our clients from the Oss, Uden and Veghel region. We are actually going back to our roots a little bit, because Van Iersel Luchtman Advocaten has traditionally had a large client base from its former office in Uden. The Pivot Park office was an obvious choice for us, as it makes us part of the dynamic community of Pivot Park and its Health & Pharma clients.
This dovetails perfectly with our Sector Teams Care and Tech & Data, in which Van Iersel Luchtman Advocaten has combined its legal expertise and industry knowledge.
